Mary Ruth Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Davis of Morrison, Tennessee, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McMahan and Mary Louise Russell McMahan; her husband John Paul Davis; her children, John Timothy Davis and Sherry Davis Hallum; and her siblings, James Russell MaMahan, Walter Leighton McMahan, Gary McMahan and Billie Helen Haske.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jill H. Mullican (Felix Jimenez) of St. Albans, VT and John Marshall Davis (Madison Smartt) of McMinnville, TN; her great grandchild Ben Mullican; her sisters-in-law, Marsha McMahan of Coffee County, TN, Lisa McMahan of Nashville, TN and Betty Lou Davis of Lowell, AR; and her aunt Violet McMahan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to FC Boyd Christian School or the Gospel Broadcasting Network.
