He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shaw and Kathleen Welsh Shaw Paxton. He is survived by: his children, Brandi McCabe (Dennis) of Columbiaville, MI., Amber Kelley of Manchester, Kayla Transue of Morrison and Matt Shaw of Morrison; his grandchildren, Henry Sosa, Cassi Trombly, Danny McCabe, Xavier Lowery, Kaydence Transue, Ava Kelley, Austin Transue and Emberly Shaw; his great grandchildren, Emma, Tessa Sosa, Andi, Gini and Deni Trombly; and the mother of his children Natalie Shaw of Morrison.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home.
