He is survived by: his wife Kelle Cantrell; his mother Juanita Cantrell; his stepchildren, Erin Castillo (Daniel), Morgan Dyer and Jayme Dyer; his grandchildren, MiMi, Emory, Alex, Jaxson, Jonah, Josie, Carter and Clyde; his brother Lynn Cantrell (Marla); his nephew Nick Cantrell; his niece Kailyn Simpson (Cody); his brother-in-law Keith Crouch (Jennifer); and his close friends, Betsy, McKay, Macy (JR), Myla, Scott Dyer, Coty Grissom and Brownie "Pa" Lawrence. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
