He is survived by: his wife Rosa Perkins of Morrison, TN; his nieces and nephews, Jalane Grayson, Troy Perkins, Damon Perkins, Darin Perkins, Angie Perkins, Mandi Perkins, Alan Perkins, Shana Perkins, Michelle Eddings, Nathan Perkins, Michael Perkins, Kellie Whitaker and Valerie Womack; and his sister-in-law Brenda Perkins. He is also survived by grandkids, cousins and friends.
