He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Mullins Williams; and his siblings, Bill Williams, Donald Williams, Laura Ruth Sanders and Naomi Williams.
He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Lorie Dotson, Charles Dotson of Morrison, Stephanie Davis and Jeff Davis of McMinnville; his son Wade Sanders of Washington State; his daughter-in-law Michelle Sanders of Washington State; his sister-in-law Lynell Williams of Morrison; his niece Offie Barnes of McMinnville; and also Mary Williams of Morrison. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother.
