She was predeceased by: her husband Harris Clark Jacobs, Jr.; her parents, Rev. Elisha N. Henry and Etta Mae Clark Henry; and her siblings, Ernest Henry, Carson Henry, Herbert Henry, Wendell "Hank" Henry, Carl Henry and Velma Henry Rayburn.
She is survived by: her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Shannon Jacobs of McMinnville; her daughter Patti Jacobs Zimmerman of Nashville, TN; her grandson John Jacobs (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Harper and Hadley Jacobs of Thompson Station, TN.; her brother Peter Henry (Eleanor) of Florence, AL; her niece Marietta Henry of Rockford, IL; and her nephews, Scott Henry (Michelle) of Huntsville, AL and Mike Henry (Wanda) of Burlison, TX. She is also survived by relatives, her church family.
