He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, G. W. Crisp and Dora Belle Carr Crisp; his brother David Crisp; his children, Terrell Burton (Adam) of Cookeville, Donald L. Crisp of McMinnville, Tasha Reagan (Nathan) of McMinnville, Heath Crisp (Chelsey) of McMinnville and Raven McKinley of McMinnville; and his aunt Johnnie Sue Carr of McMinnville. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Young Mens United (199-101 Bernard Dr, McMinnville, TN 37110).
