She was predeceased by: her parent Mac McCormick; and her brother-in-law Danny Michaels. She is survived by: her parent Shirlene Taylor; her aunt Diane Adams; her husband Kent McCullough; her son Josh Smith (Tina); her grandchild Kayla Smith; her parent-in-law Walter; her sisters-in-law, Angela Michaels and Janet Thornton (Paul); her nephew Tyler Thornton; and her niece Kaitlyn Thornton.

She has now given several families a Christmas miracle through organ donation.
