He is survived by: his wife Tammy Byford Dinkins of Morrison; his mother Patricia Ross Dinkins of Lakeland, FL; his daughter Jessica Dolly (Brad) of Savannah, GA; his stepchildren, James Bogard (Crystal) of Short Mountain, Jessica Heffner, Jodie Edwards (K. J.) of Murfreesboro and Ashley Link (Jay) of Knoxville; his sisters, Linda Searles (Scott) of Melbourne, FL and Lois Channcey; and his father-in-law Willie Owen Byford of Morrison. He is also survived by three grandchildren and fifteen step grandchildren.
