Ben Batey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2019, at the age of 81, Ben Batey (Morrison, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor and Willie Smartt Batey; and his siblings, Lillard, Dudley, George, J. T. Bobby, Thomas, Harry Batey, Marion Chinn, Mabel Blair and Pauline Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Russ Batey of Morrison; his children, Glenn Batey of Morrison, Timothy Batey of Bainbridge, NY, Deborah Page of Afton, NY and Shannon Dewey of Morrison; and his grandchildren, Alexander Batey (Megan) of Murfreesboro, Jeramy Batey (Tani Mara) of Enid, OK, Tracey Williams (Joshua) of Oxford, NY., Shaina Hinman (John) of Windsor, NY., Kelly Hicks (Lee) of Bradyville and Naomi Phillips (Clint) of Bradyville. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
