He is survived by: his parents, Oliver Lowe of Manchester, TN and Michelle Stamps (Tony) of Cookeville, TN.; his daughters, Halle and Kimber Lowe of Morrison; his sister Brittani Shaffer (Phillip) of Morrison; his half-brother Michael Lowe of Manchester; his niece Sadie Shaffer of Morrison; his nephews, Dalton Lowe of Morrison and Grayson Shaffer of Morrison; his grandparents, Howard, Pat Parker of Morrison and Charlene; his stepgrandmother Faye Stamps of Sparta; his stepsiblings, Audra Snyder of Cookeville and Andrew Stamps of Cookeville; and his parents-in-law, Daniel Holland of Morrison and Sherry Hullett (Danny) of Morrison. He is also survived by his parents and wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the children's college fund in care of High Funeral Home.
