She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess Cunningham and Bertha Underwood Cunningham (Stanley Grey Lance); her stepson Richard Lance; and her siblings, William Cunningham, Aline Orr, Chester, Cecil, Jessee and Jewell Cunningham (Dude).
She is survived by : her daughter Susan Jaco (Randy); her grandson Hunter Bernhardt; her sister-in-law Gladys Lance; and her caregiver Joyce Nuss. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren.
