He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Grisham Breedlove; his children, Randy Joe Breedlove (Wendy) of Morris Chapel, TN, Ginger Kay Mancell (Jeremy) of Savannah, TN and Jason Neal Breedlove (Rose) of Morris Chapel, TN; his stepgrandchildren, William Tyler Breedlove, Destiny Kay Simpson (Seth), Trinity Joyce Mancell (Andy Bonee) and Jeremy Dylan Mancell (Elly Brashier); his great grandchild Gracyn Koe Bonee; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jaxton Presley and Anadia Presley; and his pet Diva. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
