She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C., Sr. and Margaret Nichols (Livingston); and her brothers, Richard C. Nichols, Jr. and Kenneth E. Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Leon D. Chase; and her sisters, Dorothy E. Tameo (Raymond) of Attleboro and Muriel A. Valvano (Frank) of Rehoboth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
