He is survived by: his significant other Margaret of Mooresburg, TN; his daughter Shelia Swoop (Ben) of Marion, OH; his sister Thelma Riggs of London, KY; and his grandchildren, Danille Hackert of Mansfield, OH and Jessica Caraway of Galloway, OH..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bean Station Worship Center (485 Meadow Branch Rd, Bean Station, TN 37708). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
