He is survived by: his wife Faye Helton Carr; his children, Tina Helton (Joseph) of Mooresburg, Jimmy Carr (Kimberly) of Whitesburg, Anthony Carr of Morristown and Kelvin Carr of Mooresburg; his grandchildren, Ricky Helton, Dillion Helton, Ashley Helton, Kynlee Carr and Gracie Carr; his great grandchildren, Georgia Helton, Emerson Helton, Bentley Helton, Camber Hayton and Mya Helton; and his sisters, Patsy Walker Elkins of Rogersville and Pauline Holt of Rogersville.
