He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Mullins and Aileen Mullins; and his brother Jimmy Darrell Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Michael Mullins (Andrea) of Harrigate, TN and Terri Michelle Mullins of Covington; his sister Gaye Fleming (Frank) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Andrea Dawn Ratliff (Christian), Chloey Mullins, Kyra, Gavin, Teagan, Michael Conner, Kadience and James Randall; and his great grandchild Benjamin Ratliff.
