He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Lawson Dalton; and his grandparents, Harvey, Nancy Lawson (Yount) and Nezzie Dalton (Greene). He is survived by: his father Carl Dalton (Phyllis); his wife Sherry Brummitte Dalton; his children, Eric Dalton and Kalli Drinnon (Angel); his grandchildren, Zoey Drinnon and Joey Drinnon; his sisters, Pamela Harris (Dan) and Samantha Ferrell (Terry); his mother-in-law Vicki Helton; and his sisters-in-law, Tammy Monk (Jason) and Christi Piker (Benji). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Lawson-Helton Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
