We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Magalee Purkey of Mooresburg, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Purkey; her son Michael Purkey; her parents, Lon Lawson and Addie Lawson; and her siblings, Carl Lawson, Everett Lawson, Stella Royston, Goldie Depew, Nina Trent, Helen Lawson and Imogene Lane.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Purkey (Christine) and Donnie Purkey (Karen); and her sisters, Faye Ferrell (Jack), Wanda Carroll and Brenda Anderson. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.
