He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniel Hart, Jr. and Janet Lee Hart; and his sister Joanna Hurley. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Holliman, Jr. and Holly Epps (Josh); his siblings, D. J. Hart (Heather), Billy Hart and Rachel Owens (Aaron); and his nephew Kayden Purkey.
