He is survived by: his children, Angel Hurd (Ben), Shana Coffey and Jesse Coffey, Jr.; his granddaughters, Melanie Gregg and Wendy Thomas; his great grandchildren, Kahlyn Gregg and Kaden Thomas; and his siblings, Clayton Coffey (Ruth), Truman Coffey, Edith Johnson (Lee) and Doris Couch (Phillip). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
