He is survived by: his children, James Collins (Sherry) of Morristown, Patsy Horton (Eddie) of Rogersville, Jeff Collins (Melissa) of Mooresburg, Tammy Holder (Donnie) of Mooresburg and Jason Collins of Mooresburg; his grandchildren, Casey Idell (Ben), Steven Anderson (Katie), Jesse Collins and Josh Anderson (Ariel Parrott); his great grandchildren, Brody, Blaine Idell and Lydia Henry; and his siblings, Junior, Lester Collins, Milburn Gibson, Betty Seal, Marie Williams, Lois Cope, Evelyn Cope and Bonnie Winstead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
