He is survived by: his children, Austin Gilley, Alisha Humbert, Ashley Gilley (Anthony Blair) and Amy Shiflet (Richard); his brother Mike "Bones" Gilley; his uncle Jackie Gilley (Carolyn); his close friends, Dan Bowlin (Karen) and Bill Greene (Diane); and his grandchildren, Ayden, Adyson, Jazlin, Brayton and Riley Shiflet.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fairview Bible Baptist Church (1330 Marguerite St, Morristown, TN 37814). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
