He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Mabe and Jane Mabe; his stepmother Elsie Mabe; and his siblings, Frank, Will, Tom Mabe and Maggie Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mabe; his children, Sandra Hixon, Daniel Hixon, Donna Sutton, Tommy Sutton, Stanley Mabe, Tracey Mabe, Michael Mabe, Angie Mabe, Roger Mabe and Patsy Mabe; and his siblings, Lynn Mabe and Alice Shelton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
