He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Fortman; his sons, Craig Fortman of Boynton Beach, FL and Christopher Fortman (Keri) of Boynton Beach, FL; his stepdaughters, Carrie Chavez of Lansing, MI and Terri Christian of Weaverville, NC; his grandchildren, Gabriel Gonzales, Josiah Chavez and Ana Chavez; and his sister Carolyn Paine of Madison, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
