He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Joy Carpenter Cook; and his granddaughter Autumn Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Melynda K. Williams (Greg), Dalynda Winstead (Randy) and Tabatha Christian (Chris); his grandson Josh Williams; his great grandchildren, Brielle, Michelle Williams, Paxton, Blakely Lowery, Natalie Livesay and Emmett Williams; his brother Larry Cook (Fay); his niece Christina Young (Joe); and his nephew Brian Cook. He is also survived by great nieces; and a great nephew.
