He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Coleman and Mary Holland Coleman; his former wife Gale Coleman; and his siblings, Kermit, Elmer, Carl, Blake Coleman, Ollie Harmon, Geraldine Phipps, Magaline Phipps and Rebbie Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Jones Coleman of Mooresburg, TN; his children, Michael Coleman of Rockhouse, KY, Brian Bentley of Rockhouse, Dewayne Bentley of Morristown and Cathy Casey of Morristown, TN; and his sisters, Lavern Coleman of Rockhouse, KY and Lois Damron of Georgetown, KY.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
