He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Bean; his wife Glenda Sue Bean; and his siblings, Mary Lou Buell, Shirley Rader, Betty Dyer, Paul Bean and Robert "Shorty" Bean.
He is survived by: his parent Delia Shorter Bean; his sons, Marty Bean and Tony Bean; his granddaughter Kandice Woods; his great grandchildren, Sydney Woods and Emma Sampson; and his sister-in-law Linda Martin.
