She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvester Brown; and her siblings, Mary Peasley, Dolores Christie, Ralph Ruetz and Jerome Ruetz Jr..
She is survived by: her pet Morgan; her children, Mary Lou Nielsen (James) of Mt. Pleasant, Russell Brown (Robin) of Jamestown, TN, Allen Brown (Stacey) of Litchfield Park, AZ and Mark Brown (Vickie) of East Greenwich, RI; her brother Robert Ruetz (Mary) of Cumberland, WI; and her close friend Morgan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
