He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Bertram; his children, Amy Bertram (John Sellberg) of Cookeville, Sam Sallee (Brinna Sallee) of Cookeville and Shelley Sallee (Wallis Goodman) of Austin; his nephew Patrick Sallee (Mandy Sallee) of Asheville; his grandchildren, Kate Goodman of Washington, DC, Henry Goodman of Austin, Judah Sallee of Tempe and Aubyn Sallee; his great-nieces, Claire and Evelyn Sallee; and also Bonnie.
