He was predeceased by: his parent Roxy Henry; his wife Jeanette Carter; his son Clyde Carter; and his granddaughter Hannah Disbro. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia West of Monterey; and his grandsons, Michael West (Bobbie Jo) of Cookeville, Adam West (Beth) of Cookeville and Shane West (Baby) of Monterey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
