She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Chester and Rose Anna Beaty Stone; and her nephew Jim Bob Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Bill "Duce" Buttram of Monterey, TN; her stepdaughter Krista (DeWayne VanWinkle); her grandchildren, Blake, Lindsey VanWinkle, Alexa and Drew Swallows; her great grandchildren, Hadley, Asher, Kreed and Karter; her siblings, Violet Barnes of Crossville, TN, Clarice (Billy Winningham) and Jeff (Michelle Stone); and her nieces and nephews, Jason Winningham, Travis Winningham, Jessica Adkins, Rebekah Leffew, Saprina Boring, Kenny Stone and Natalie Stone.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
