The memory of Bernard Mac Brewer Jr. of Monterey, Tennessee, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Rosemary Brittain and Barbara Lemons. He is survived by: his parents, Bud Brewer and Bessie Hildreth; his brother Roger Collins of Mansfield, TX; his brother-in-law Bill Lemons of Mansfield, TX; his close friend Lois Howard of Cookeville, TN; and his nieces and nephews, John Lemons, Beau Brittain, Katrina Hall and Dr. Lisa Walker.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
