She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Welch and Wahlena Rogers Horn; and her nephew Daniel Frederick McGraw. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Rich (Gaylord "Bud") of Watertown and Sara Tinch of Cookeville; her stepchildren, Jack Gill (Dianne) and Jill Horner (David) of Cookeville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Heady (Billy) of Knoxville, Chad Gill (Lauren) of Franklin, Clint Gill (Rachel) of Cookeville, Chris Howard (Chasity) of Cookeville, Mark Howard (Erin) of Richmond, KY, Jason Horner (Bridget) of Cookeville, Brad Horner (Jessica) of Cookeville and Erin Gaw (Jason) of Cookeville; and her aunt Delores Rogers of Monterey. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
