He is survived by: his parents, Carmen Centimole and Mary Centimole; his son-in-law Louie Roberts; his children, Steve Centimole (June) of Monteagle, Darrell Thomas (Christine) of Scottsville, Wanda Cook (Bob) of White House, Michael Centimole of Bowling Green, Rickey Thomas (Regina) of Jackson, Fran Roberts (Louie) of White House and Rita Hobbs (Jim) of White House; his sister Mary DeCarlo; and his children, Frank, III, Christine, Charlie, Brian, Kevin, Rob, Caleb, Alysha, Tina, David, Carrye, Zohn, Amber, Amy, Adam, Natalie, Samuel, Luke and Leah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund at The Church at Grace Park.
