She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest K. Jones (Wimp); her son Dr. John Michael Jones (Mike); her parents, Ike Howard and Martha Giles Howard; and her siblings, Pearl Harvey, Pauline Strickland, Antha Lea Armstrong, Henry Howard and Floyd Howard.
She is survived by: her son Gregory Kyle Jones; her grandchildren, Lindsey Huff (Matthew) and Justin Jones; her daughter-in-law Shandra Bruner Jones; and her nephews, Bill Harvey and Sam Howard.
