He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Fahey Pierce and Jack Pierce; his sister Nadeen Roderick; his niece Geneva Darrah; his wife Ann Rahe; his children, James Rahe, Jr. (Amanda), Mike Anderson (Samantha), Curtis Rahe and Christina Anderson; and his siblings, Sandra Darrah of Etowah, Jack Pierce, Jr. of Delano, David Pierce of Chattanooga and Fred Rahe of Kentucky. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to help offset the cost of the funeral expenses.
