He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Bell and Laura Bell; his sisters, Lola Bell, Eva Gay Riddick, Clara Bell and Charstie O'Dell; his daughter Angela Bell; and his great grandchild Amberley Crowder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joann (Scott Bivens) and Julie Bell; and his siblings, Sarah Ann Bell, Eunavee (Kenneth Powers), Estalene (Benny Jenkins), Mary (Joe Mincey), Donna (Dennis Perry), Frankie (Connie Bell) and Jim (Betty Bell). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews, a host of extended family members and many special friends.
