He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde T. Jarnigan and Anna Lee Jarnigan; and his siblings, Charlie, Frank, Edgar "Dean" Jarnigan, Bonnie Dyer and Betty Jarnigan.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Williamson Jarnigan; his daughter Shannon Winston; his stepsons, Jedadiah Williamson, Shane Williamson and Ace Williamson (Liudmila); and his nieces and nephews, David Jarnigan, Charlie Jarnigan, Bill Jarnigan, Timothy Jarnigan, Paula Jarnigan and Ashley Garrett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
