He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Putnam; and his sister Debbie Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Putnam; his sons, Paul Putnam Jr. and Alex Putnam; and his siblings, Cindy Putnam and Roger Putnam Jr. (Margaret). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
