He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward Pryor (Sandra) and Tosha Leann Delph (Curtis); his granddaughter Emily Jean Bell; his siblings, James Allen "Sammy" Pryor, Jerry Wayne Pryor, Bill Ray Pryor (Shelia) and Melissa Lee Pryor; and his nephew Kye Pryor (Sarah). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
