He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brown Southerland; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law David Carter; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Corrie Southerland; his grandchildren, Lucas, Sophie Southerland, Casen and Layla Maddux; his sister Velma Southerland; his aunts, Carolyn Rhea, Peggy Wills and Marlene Wills; his uncle Gary; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Daniels, Sammy Tilson, Tasha Phillips, Summer Brown, Tracey Johns, Leslie Greenlee, Michael Jones and Douglas Presley; and his siblings-in-law, Sammie, Tammy Brown, Rickey, Melanie Brown, Jackie Brown and Sam Legard.
