He was predeceased by: his father Mack Foster; and his brother Mike Foster. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Foster; his sons, Eric, Wayne, Brandon, Justin and D. J.; his mother Marie Foster; and his siblings, Annette, Nance, Diane Padgett, Darrell Foster and Rick Foster.
