He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Joni Downing (Ricky) of Milton, TN; his grandchildren, Nathan Downing (Cathy), Krissy Burch (Tony) of Murfreesboro and Chad Downing of Milton; his great grandchildren, Owen, Logan, Colin and Roman; and his sister Peggy Pirtle.
