James Bowman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Bowman of Milton, Tennessee, who passed away on March 7, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mitchell and Mamie Ruth Brandon Bowman; and his son Randall Scott Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Porterfield Bowman; his sons, James Mitchell Bowman, Jr. (Robin), Joseph Micheal Bowman (Sharon), Barry Keith Bowman (Wendy) and Stephen Daniel Bowman; his sisters, Linda McConnell, Annie Ruth Uselton and Donna Jean Bowman; and his pet George. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
