He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Nichols (Rick) of Lakeland, FL, Terri Shriver (Jack) of Chapmanville, WV and Tammy Hager (Bernard) of Chapmanville, WV; his grandchildren, Tanya Hager (Tim Casey), Shannon Ma (Jun), Tabitha Farley (David) and Cody Hager (Raven); and his great grandchildren, Kai, Emma, Liam, Kellan, Ethan and Gabriel.
