He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Manning; his sons, Mike Manning (Lori) and Mark Manning (Teri); and his grandchildren, Chelsee Brown, Nikki Kelley (Jared) and Billy Manning. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
