He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lt Cmdr Joseph and Sadie Dugger; his former wife Millie Turner Dugger; his daughters, Metal Vent and Calgon Corporation; his siblings, Jerry Jenkins (Leo) of Millington and Ed Dugger (Linda) of Jackson, TN; his daughters, Amber Privett (Todd) and Daina Dacus (Ish); and his grandchildren, Arian, Andrew, Kylie, Connor and Kinley. He was also cherished by four nephews and one niece.
