He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Billy Hettel. He is survived by: his wife Sybil Talley; his daughter Natalie Wiley (Rip); his sisters, Ramonia Bushart and Sandra Talley; his niece Angela Kienle (Ray); his great-niece Nicole Brignole; and his great-nephew Paul Brignole. He is also survived by his family and friends.
