He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cauble; his sons, Thomas Lee Cauble, Jr. (Carin) and Phillip Ray Cauble (Rachel); and his sister Phillis Cauble Krech (Dave). He is also survived by four grandchildren.

The family asks memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (StJude.org).
